What social media platforms can I post to with Apple Social? 
 

You can post to your Facebook Fan Page, Twitter, SoundCloud, and Mixcloud accounts with Apple Social.

 

What social media platforms can I receive analytics from with Apple Social? 
 

You can view analytics from your Facebook fan page, Twitter, Instagram, SoundCloud, YouTube, and Mixcloud accounts.

 

Can I link multiple Facebook or Twitter accounts to one profile? 
 

At this time, our service is designed for artists that have one Facebook or Twitter account per profile.  We’re working towards offering Apple Music Distribution artists an opportunity to manage profiles for multiple artists and bands, but this is not yet available on Apple Social.

 

How do I remove a Facebook fan page or other social media account from Apple Social? 

 

To disconnect a Facebook fan page (or any other social media account) from your Apple Social account, simply go to the settings for that artist by clicking on the edit button at the top of your Apple Social dashboard.  Then, click the “REMOVE ARTISTS” button at the bottom of the page. 

 

When do my Scheduled Posts and Media Uploads reset? 

 

Your Scheduled Posts and Media Uploads reset on the 1st of the month.

 

What are the upload requirements for Mixcloud? 

 

Mixcloud accepts all types of Radio content including talk & music radio shows, DJ mix sets, and Podcasts.

Please note : Mixcloud does not allow the upload of single tracks or albums, and has a limit of tracks you can use by a single artist.  Mixcloud also has a minimum file length of 6 minutes.  If you do not abide by these rules, your content may be removed from Mixcloud.

 

How do I cancel my Apple Social Pro subscription from a desktop? 

 

You can manage your Apple Social subscription by going into your Apple Social account, clicking on your account name, and then "Subscription Preferences".
